Phoenix…it’s HOT! Came
down yesterday after leaving Prescott, relinquishing our casa to Frank and his wonderful dog Roxy, for care and loving during our trip.
1st stop….Starbucks for people fuel. During the drive to Phoenix, Teardrop was not even noticeable. Felt like someone was tail gating the entire way down!!!

2nd stop…Tom and Fangette’s for visit before taking off. Turned out to be an interesting visit…bit by a dog and attacked by a rose bush!
Oh well, both are healing and it was good to see them before leaving.
3rd stop…my sister’s house to see Barb and David
before leaving. And to get first aid for the dog bite and sewing machine for
the blouse! Checking in on Barb as she’s
had a bit of a health thing going on, but it’s getting better and she’s under
good care. Hopefully soon she’ll be mended.
So tomorrow we leave for Palm Springs (ah yes, another hot place!) to see cousin Carroll and
Herb. We’ll stay overnight, visit, and then leave in the a.m. early and get to
Huntington Beach, say hi to the Piper family, and off to Dog Beach!!!! Whoo hooo!!
